Dear Coaches, Managers, Fencers,

The 2017/2018 FIE Sanctioned Fencing Competitions is commencing this September 2017. FTAFA is compiling list of fencers with a VALID FTAFA MEMBERSHIP to apply for the FIE Licence. A licence is required to participate in any FIE sanctioned competition. Only with a valid FIE Licence, will MFF register the fencer for the respective competitions. Application for FIE Licence later may not be entertained. The cost is also higher and your fencer may not obtain his or her licence on time. Ample notice for participation required and MFF may insist that an airline ticket be submitted. MFF may be liable for fines and penalties in the event that the fencer does not turn up for the event or where qualified referees do not accompany the fencers.

Cost per fencer is 25 euros but there are other cost such as GST and bank charges which will be shared equally. Please submit the details of your fencers together with your undertaking to pay the requisite charges in order for FTAFA to assist your fencers in their application for the FIE Licence.
